Can I really pay in cash?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and nothing leaves your account. We confirm the order on WhatsApp first, then bring it to you and you pay at the door.
What if I do not like the scent?
Tell us within thirty days and the same person who delivered it comes back for it. No return label, no depot, no waiting for a refund to clear.
Does the hard water in Malta matter?
It does, and it is the single most common reason a diffuser stops misting well. We wrote a short piece on it, and the two-minute habit that prevents it.
How much oil do I use?
Three drops in a full tank. More is not stronger - it just makes the room heavy and uses the bottle up faster.
Do you deliver to Gozo?
Yes, at the same price as Malta, with no surcharge. Gozo runs are next-day rather than same-evening.
